The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods by us. By accessing or using friskylane.com and by clicking to indicate you have read and agreed these terms when ordering, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. These terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you. Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our site. If you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to order any products from our site.

Orders made through friskylane.com are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. No contract will officially exist between yourself and friskylane.com until your parcel has been dispatched.

Age of constent

By purchasing products from friskylane.com you declare that you are 18 years of age or above. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

Data protection

Friskylane.com is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent. It is your responsibility to verify that your email address supplied is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

Privacy policy

We may use personal information to provide the services you’ve requested. We will only use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our services. It is never sold or passed on without consent. You may be contacted via email to rate our services and help us improve our products and support. You do not have to take part in this review process.

Our site allows you to opt out of receiving communications from us when we request your information. Also, if you want to opt out at a later point, you can do so by unsubscribing from any mailings.

We use cookies and other technologies only where required for our shopping technology to work. Your personal information will never be stored in any cookies generated by our systems.

Delivery information

We endeavour to delivery your order within 2 working days of receipt of payment. friskylane.com offers FREE delivery on all orders over £5.00.

Larger or heavier deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. Royal Mail (or the Courier Service) will hold your parcel for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to resend your order, we will regrettably have to charge you for this.

If you would like to cancel your order, we will refund you less the shipping costs.

We are not liable for missing / lost parcels if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Payment

Payments can be made by credit or debit card or through PayPal. We will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed.

Returns policy

You may return any unopened or unused product with its packaging intact to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must include any accessories or free gifts that were included with the original purchase.

You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify friskylane.com if the goods are faulty or incorrect on sales@friskylane.com. All items must be checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on your products and check the pre-programmed functions before intimate use and always charge your goods, where appropriate, before use.

Always obtain a certificate of posting from the post office so that, in the event your parcel fails to reach us, you can claim any loss against the Post Office. Friskylane can take no responsibility for any returned parcels that are not received by us.
